By accessing or using the Business Industrial Chiropractic Services (BICS) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This Site serves as a professional resource for Affiliates, an educational platform for Students, and a directory for Companies.

2. User Roles & Responsibilities

A. For Affiliates (Independent Practitioners)

• Independent Status: You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of BICS. You are solely responsible for your own business operations, clinical decisions, and outcomes.

• License to Use: BICS grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use proprietary professional engagement frameworks and corporate briefing materials. You may not "white-label" or claim ownership of these materials.

• Professional Judgment: You must adapt all BICS frameworks to comply with your local state laws and professional ethical standards.

B. For Students (Educational Users)

• No Commercial Rights: Accessing student materials does not grant you the right to represent yourself as a "BICS Affiliate" or use materials for commercial gain until all certification requirements are met.

• Proprietary Content: All course materials are for your personal, educational use only. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

C. For Companies (Hiring Entities)

• Direct Engagement: BICS is a facilitator of training and connections. Any service agreement is strictly between the Company and the individual Affiliate.

• No Liability for Results: BICS does not guarantee the performance or clinical outcomes of any affiliate. Companies are encouraged to verify credentials and insurance independently.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including the BICS "Industrial Blueprint," professional engagement frameworks, and corporate briefing materials, is the exclusive property of BICS. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is a violation of these terms.

4. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

• Affiliate Indemnity: Affiliates agree to defend and hold BICS harmless from any claims arising from their local practice or interactions with companies.

• General Limitation: BICS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of our educational or briefing materials.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

1. Information We Collect

We collect names, professional licenses, business and email addresses from Affiliates and Students, and business contact information from Companies. We also collect standard log data and use cookies to improve site functionality.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to manage accounts and facilitate connections. The Affiliate Directory: If you are an authorized BICS Affiliate, your professional name, location, and l specializations will be made public in our directory to allow Companies to contact you.

3. Secure Payment Processing

BICS does not store your full financial details. All transactions are processed via PayPal and Venmo. Your use of these services is subject to the PayPal Privacy Statement and the Venmo Privacy Policy.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with service providers (payment processors, email platforms) or to facilitate a direct inquiry between a Company and an Affiliate.
